Father, forgive me,
for i have replaced thee,
with the love of sin.

I felt alone,
Yet i know you are nearby.
I felt guilty,
Yet i know you still loves me.

How great thou art,
the hymns all say.
How great thou love,
the joke will remember.

Yet i know you are waiting on me...
I felt guilty,
Yet i know you are waiting for me...

Father how i long to be back home...
where the paths of sin shall never cross me...
where the loneliness of guilt can never fill me...
Deep within, all i want is just a companion...

Oh Father, never once I want to replace you.
Yet oh Lord, you know me better than I do.
Please guide my heart, Enlighten my soul.
Teach me thy faithfulness,
Empower me with thy lesson of gratefulness.

I beg you Father...
Pls.. teach me....
and let me flee...
to the land where no sin reign...
